Volunteer with us

Hand out water, cheer at a corner, put medals round necks. Leave your email and we'll write when the volunteer list opens.

Questions

Can I walk the 5K?

Yes. The 5K stays open for an hour, which is a brisk walk.

Can I give my entry to someone else?

Until two weeks before the race, write to us with their name and we'll change the entry.

Are buggies and dogs allowed?

On the 5K, buggies are welcome in the last wave. Dogs stay with the people cheering.

What if it rains?

We run. Lisbon rain rarely lasts; the finish party has tents.

Is there a time limit?

90 minutes for the 10K and an hour for the 5K, after which the roads open again.
